中药治疗骨质疏松症临床前药效学实验述评

Review of traditional Chinese medicine preclinical pharmacodynamic experiment in the treatment of osteoporosis

骨质疏松症(OP)作为临床上一种较为常见的系统性骨代谢紊乱疾病,多表现为骨组织微观结构退化、全身性骨量下降,进而导致骨脆性上升、骨强度减少,于无创或轻、中度创伤下易增加骨折危险度。目前,就骨质疏松症而言,伴随着其药物临床前药效学研究力度的不断加大,笔者从现阶段有关申报治疗(或介入骨质疏松中药新药临床前药效学研究资料)角度出发,深入研究其中存在的问题,旨在指导临床实践。

Osteoporosis(OP) is a more common systemic bone metabolic disorders disease in clinic.It mainly manifests that bone tissue microstructure degradation,systemic bone mass decline,and leads to bone fragility rise,bone strength reduct.It is easy to increase the risk of fracture under a noninvasive or mild and moderate trauma.At present,for osteoporosis,with the increasing drug preclinical pharmacodynamic research efforts,the author deeply study the existing problems from this stage concerned declaration treatment(or interventional treatment of osteoporosis traditional Chinese medicine preclinical pharmacodynamics research data)point of view.It designes to guide the clinical practice.
