机械通气治疗急性心肌梗死合并急性左心衰竭的临床疗效分析

Clinical curative effect analysis of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction combined with acute left heart failure

目的:探讨机械通气治疗急性心肌梗死合并急性左心衰竭的临床疗效分析。方法:2008年7月-2012年7月收治急性心肌梗死合并急性左心衰竭患者40例,其中对照组20例患者采用急性左心衰竭的常规治疗;试验组20例患者采用急性左心衰竭的常规疗法加机械通气进行治疗。结果:试验组呼吸困难于呼吸机使用1 h内有所改善,于12 h内显著改善11例,有效改善7例,死亡2例。对照组于12 h内呼吸困难明显改善6例,有效改善10例,死亡4例。另外试验组总有效率90.00%,对照组总有效率80.00%,试验组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性心肌梗死合并急性左心衰竭的患者机械通气治疗疗效满意,值得在临床上大力推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect analysis of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction combined with acute left heart failure.Methods:40 patients with acute myocardial infarction combined with acute left heart failure were selected from July 2008 to July 2012.20 patients in the control group were given conventional treatment of acute left heart failure,and 20 patients in the experimental group were given conventional method of acute left heart failure with mechanical ventilation treatment.Results:In the experimental group,dyspnea was improved after using breathing machine within 1 hour;within 12 hours,11 cases were excellently improved;7 cases were effectively improved;2 cases were died.In the control group,within 12 hours,6 cases of dyspnea were excellently improved;10 cases were effectively improved;4 cases were died.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.00%;the total effective rate of the control group was 80.00%;the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion:The mechanical ventilation treatment in the patients with acute myocardial infarction combined with acute left heart failure has satisfied curative effect.It is worth popularizing in clinic.
