降压药对冠心病合并高血压患者血管结构作用的Meta研究

Meta study of the effect of antihypertensive drugs on the vascular structure in patients with coronary heart disease combined with hypertension

目的:分析降压药对冠心病合并高血压患者血管结构作用的Meta研究。方法:根据循证医学的相关标准,制定出检索策略以及文献纳入标准。通过计算机对万方数据库、CNKI以及EMBase、维普中文期刊数据库等进行检索。将文献中以冠心病合并高血压患者作为此次研究对象,所有患者全部经过降压药物治疗,对患者的冠状动脉斑块的体积变化进行相关检测。Meta分析采用Rev Man 5.0软件分析。结果:研究中共采用6篇文献,患者720例,包括治疗组(采用降压药物治疗)419例以及对照组301例。纳入文献均无分配隐藏,未出现提前退出试验患者。Meta表明:与对照组患者相比较,治疗组患者冠状动脉斑块缩小体积差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通过此次研究并采用Meta分析认为,降压药对冠心病合并高血压患者血管斑块无明显作用。

Objective:To analyze the meta study of the effect of antihypertensive drugs on the vascular structure in patients with coronary heart disease combined with hypertension.Methods:According to the related standards of evidence-based medicine,we developed a retrieval strategy and literature inclusion.Wanfang Data,CNKI,EMBase,Cq Vip Chinese periodical database were searched through computer.The patients with coronary heart disease combined with hypertension in the literature were as the research objects.All patients were given antihypertensive drugs treatment,and the coronary artery plaque volume change of patient was given correlation detection. Meta analysis was analyzed by Rev Man 5.0 software.Results:6 articles were usedd in this study,720 patients included the treatment group(using antihypertensive drug treatment) with 419 cases and the control group with 301 cases.The literatures were no allocation concealment,did not appear patients with early exit test.Meta indicates that:compared with the patients in the control group,the coronary artery plaque reduced volume of patients in the treatment group had no difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Through the study and using Meta analysis, antihypertensive drugs have no obvious effect on vascular patches of patients with coronary heart disease combined with hypertension.
