奥美拉唑治疗小儿消化性溃疡疗效及安全性观察

Curative effect and safety observation of omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer in children

目的:研究奥美拉唑治疗小儿消化性溃疡疗效及安全性观察。方法:2012年5月-2013年5月收治消化性溃疡患儿64例,按照完全随机的方法分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用传统的三联疗法,观察组在对照组基础上口服奥美拉唑,记录观察两组患儿的临床疗效、Hp清除率、疼痛缓解时间以及不良反应。结果:两组患儿经过治疗后,病情均得到缓解,观察组总有效率96.88%,对照组总有效率84.38%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在Hp清除率、不良反应方面,观察组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但两组患儿的疼痛缓解时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:奥美拉唑能极大提高小儿消化性溃疡的治疗效果和Hp清除率,减少患儿疼痛时间,降低治疗过程中的不良反应,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective:To study the curative effect and safety observation of omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer in children.Methods:64 children with peptic ulcer were selected from May 2012 to May 2013.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the completely random method.The control group used conventional triple therapy,and the observation group was given oral omeprazole on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effects,Hp clearance rates,pain relief times and adverse reactions of children in two groups were recorded and observed.Results:The two groups after treatment,the diseases of children were alleviated,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.88%;the total effective rate of the control group was 84.38%;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the Hp clearance rate,adverse reactions,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But the difference between the pain relief times of children in two groups was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Omeprazole greatly improve the treatment effect and Hp clearance rate of peptic ulcer in children, reduce the pain relief times of children,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment process.It is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
