小切口非超声乳化白内障手术临床疗效分析

Analysis of clinical efficacy of small incision non phacoemulsification cataract operation

目的:探讨小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术的手术方法及临床疗效。方法:2010年1月-2013年12月收治白内障患者62例(78眼),行小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术,观察术后眼压、视力及手术并发症等情况。结果:62例患者手术顺利完成,术后1个月最佳视力0.3~0.5的21例(28眼)(24.8%),最佳视力0.5~1.0的41例(50眼)(75.2%);脱残率达到100%,未出现严重并发症,均痊愈出院。结论:小切口非超声乳化白内障手术适应证广、疗效显著、并发症少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the operation method and clinical efficacy of small incision non phacoemulsification cataract operation.Methods:62 cases(78 eyes) of cataract patients were selected from January 2010 to December 2013.They were treated by small incision non phacoemulsification cataract operation.We observed the postoperative IOP,visual acuity and complications of operation.Results:Operation of 62 patients were successfully completed.1 month after operation,the best visual acuity was 0.3 to 0.5 in 21 cases(28 eyes)(24.8%),and the best visual acuity was 0.5 to 1 in 41 cases(50 eyes)(75.2%);residue removal rate reached 100% .There was no serious complications,and they were cured.Conclusion:The indication of small incision non phacoemulsification cataract operation was wide;the curative effect was remarkable;complication was little.It was worthy of clinical application.
