胸部DR在胸部创伤诊断中的应用

Application of chest DR in the diagnosis of chest trauma

目的:评价DR在胸部创伤诊断中的应用价值。方法:2012年3月-2014年10月收治胸部创伤患者300例,全部患者均接受X线、DR与CT检查,并与手术或病理结果进行对比。结果:CT检出胸部创伤300例,检出率100.0%;X线检出137例,检出率45.7%;DR检出142例,检出率47.3%。DR的胸部创伤总检出率与X线相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但均显著低于CT组(P<0.01);其中合并3处损伤的检出率明显低于CT检出率(P<0.05)。结论:DR在胸部创伤的检出率与X线基本相当,快捷简便,但存在一定的漏检率。对于创伤较为严重的患者,不建议将DR作为首选的检查手段。

Objective:To explore the application value of chest DR in the diagnosis of chest trauma.Methods:300 patients with thoracic trauma were selected from March 2012 to October 2014.All patients were given X-ray,DR and CT examination.Examination results were compared with the operation or pathology results.Results:CT detected 300 cases of thoracic trauma,and the detection rate was 100%;X-ray detected 137 cases,and the detection rate was 45.7%;142 cases were detected with DR,and the detection rate was 47.3%.Compared the total positive rate of chest trauma in DR and X-ray,there was no significant difference(P>0.05),but it was significantly lower than that of CT group(P<0.01);the detection rate of 3 lesionsis was significantly lower than the detection rate of CT(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detection rate of DR in thoracic trauma was considerable with X-ray.It was simple,but there was some missing rate.For patients with more serious trauma,DR was not recommended as the preferred means of inspection.
