Analysis of the thyroid ultrasound results of municipal personnel in 5632 cases

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺健康体检筛查中的应用价值。方法:2013年1月-2014年8月收集甲状腺超声图像5 632例,对甲状腺结节的二维及彩色多普勒声像图进行分析、比较。结果:4 111例甲状腺有结节,诊断良性结节3 987例,结节性质待定79例,诊断恶性结节45例。结论:甲状腺结节近年发生率急剧增高,恶性结节比例较以往明显增多,其中甲状腺癌只要是早期发现,经过正规治疗、及时处理,一般就可以一次性治疗好。甲状腺超声检查应用于健康体检筛查是必要的,而健康的生活方式与健康的心理是拥有一个健康身体至关重要的因素。

Objective:To explore the application value of color doppler ultrasound in thyroid health screening.Methods:5 632 cases of thyroid ultrasound images were selected from January 2013 to August 2014.The two-dimensional and color doppler ultrasonography of thyroid nodule were analyzed and compared.Results:4 111 cases had thyroid nodule;3 987 cases were diagnosed benign nodules;79 cases were nodular undetermined nature;45 cases were diagnosed malignant nodules.Conclusion:In recent years,the incidence rate of thyroid nodules increases sharply,and the proportion of malignant nodules increases obviously than before;as long as the thyroid cancer is detected early,after regular treatment,timely treatment,general one-time can cure.Thyroid ultrasonography applied in health medical screening is necessary,and healthy life style and health psychology is the crucial adjective factor for a healthy body.
