口腔护理液用于小儿口腔炎减少患儿的疼痛以及加快愈合的效果观察

Effect observation of oral nursing liquid used in children stomatitis for reducing the pain in children and speeding up the healing

目的:探讨口腔护理液用于口腔炎患儿的临床效果。方法:2013年8月-2014年8月收治口腔炎患儿118例,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各59例。其中观察组使用特别配置的口腔护理液进行口腔护理,对照组使用生理盐水进行口腔护理,比较两组患儿的临床效果。结果:经口腔护理后,观察组显效42例,有效15例,无效2例,总有效96.61%;对照组显效18例,有效32例,无效9例,总有效率84.75%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的疼痛消失时间和溃疡愈合时间明显短于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用特别配置的口腔护理液对口腔炎患儿进行口腔护理可迅速缓解疼痛,加快创面愈合,具有临床推广价值。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of oral nursing liquid for children with aphthous stomatitis.Methods:118cases of stomatitis patients were selected from August 2013 to August 2014.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group with 59 cases in each group.The observation group was given oral nursing with oral nursing liquid with special configuration,and the control group was given oral nursing with physiological saline.We compared clinical effect.Results:After the oral care,in the observation group,42 cases were markedly effective;15 cases were effective;2 cases were invalid;the total effective was 96.61%.In the control group,18 cases were markedly effective;32 cases were effective;9 cases were invalid;the total efficiency was 84.75%;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the pain disappeared time and ulcer healing time were significantly shorter than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral nursing liquid with special configuration used in children stomatitis for oral nursing can quickly relieve pain,accelerate wound healing.It was worthy of clinical application.
