优质护理服务对提高内科综合护理质量及患者满意度的效果研究

Study on the effect of high quality nursing service in improving comprehensive nursing quality and patient satisfaction in the department of internal medicine

目的:探讨优质护理对提高内科综合护理质量及患者满意度的作用。方法:对2013年6月之后入住的112例患者实行优质护理服务,作为观察组。回顾2012年6月-2013年6月收治的患者资料,作为对照组。统计两组患者的护理质量、住院期间满意度和护理不良事件差异情况。结果:观察组护理质量和满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实行优质护理服务后,内科的综合护理质量得到了显著提高,患者满意度也大幅提升。

Objective:To investigate the effect of high quality nursing service in improving comprehensive nursing quality and patient satisfaction in the department of internal medicine.Methods:112 patients admitted from June 2013 were implemented high quality nursing service.They were selected as the observation group.Patients admitted from June 2012 to June 2013 were selected as the control group.Then we compared the the difference in quality of nursing care,satisfaction and nursing adverse number of patients in two groups.Results:The nursing quality and satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:After implementation of high quality nursing service,the comprehensive quality of nursing and patients’ satisfaction has been significantly increased in the department of internal medicine.
