护士视角下影响良性护患关系因素的质性研究

Qualitative research of factors affecting benign relationship between nurses and patients from the perspective of nurses

目的:了解临床护士对影响护患关系因素认识的真实感受及体验,为建立良好的护患关系提供参考依据。方法:以质性研究中的现象学方法为指导,采用目的抽样法中的强度抽样法对河南省3家三甲医院心血管内科、心血管外科、神经内科、神经外科、呼吸内科5个科室的16名护士进行深度访谈,现场录音,对录音内容进行整理,运用类属分析法归纳主题,提炼关键词。结果:经过深入访谈和分析,共提炼出4个不同感受的主题:信任度、服务意识、角色理解、医疗结果。结论:临床护士应该提高自身素质,充分了解患者的需要,加强服务意识,提高互相信任感,合理地做好沟通,让患者充分了解自己的医疗过程和治疗结果,以达到和谐的护患关系。

Objective:To understand the clinical nurse’s real feeling and experience of factors affecting benign relationship between nurses and patients,to provide a reference basis for establishing good nurse patient relationship.Methods:With the guidance of phenomenological method in the qualitative method,using the strength sampling in purpose sampling method,16 nurses in cardiovascular department of internal medicine,cardiovascular surgery,neurological department of internal medicine,department of neurosurgery,department of internal medicine from three Sanjia hospital of henan province were given depth interviews and live recordings,audio content was sorted,using category analysis,we summarized the theme,and extracted keywords.Results:Through in-depth interviews and analysis,we abstracted four different feelings themes:trust,service awareness,role understanding,medical results.Conclusion:Clinical nurses should improve their own quality,fully understand the needs of patients,strengthen the service consciousness,enhance mutual trust,give rational communication,let the patient fully understand the medical process and treatment outcome of their own,in order to achieve the harmonious nurse patient relationship.
