护理安全管理在提高尿毒症患者护理质量中的应用

Application of nursing safety management in improving the nursing quality of uremia patients

目的:探讨护理安全管理在提高尿毒症患者护理质量中的应用效果。方法:2012年1月-2014年1月收治尿毒症患者280例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各140例,对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组在常规护理基础上给予护理安全管理模式,比较两组患者的护理质量安全隐患发生率及患者满意度。结果:两组患者护理安全隐患发生率、护理满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在尿毒症患者的护理管理中,在实施常规护理措施基础上,应用护理安全管理模式,降低了护理安全隐患的发生率,提高了患者满意度,具有使用价值。

Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing safety management in improving the nursing quality of uremia patients.Methods:280 uremia patients were selected from January 2012 to January 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 140 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing measures,and the observation group was given nursing safety management mode on the basis of conventional nursing.The incidence rate of nursing quality safe hidden trouble and patient satisfaction of patients in two groups were compared.Results:The incidence rate of nursing quality safe hidden trouble and nursing satisfaction of patients in two groups were compared,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing management of uremia patients,on the basis of implementing routine nursing measures,applying nursing safety management mode can reduce the incidence rate of nursing safety hidden trouble,and improve patient satisfaction.It has use value.
