摘要
目的:分析和研究胃肠外科围手术期内手术部位感染的引发因素及防治措施。方法:2012年8月-2014年8月收治行胃肠外科手术患者128例,围手术期内出现手术部位感染患者(64例)为观察组;同期行手术治疗无感染症状患者(64例)为对照组,对比与分析两组患者临床资料。结果:观察组患者年龄>60岁、合并慢性疾病、手术时间>60 min、术中低体温、术前1 d备皮等病例数均多于对照组,P<0.05。结论:胃肠外科围手术期手术部位感染引发因素较多,临床只有采取有效预防性措施及给予积极治疗,才可减少或避免手术部位感染发生率,对减轻患者痛苦及经济负担均具有重要作用。
Objective:Analyzing and researching the prevention and treatment methods of gastrointestinal surgery perioperative surgical site infection.Methods:128 patients with gastrointestinal surgery were selected from August 2012 to August 2014, perioperative period in patients with surgical site infection occurs(64 cases)for the observation group;underwent surgery for patients with no symptoms of infection(64 cases)for the control group,comparison and analysis of the clinical data of the two groups of patients.Results:The observation group patients older than 60 years,with chronic disease,operation time,intraoperative hypothermia in excess of 60 min,the cases of 1 d preoperative skin preparation were higher than that of the control group,P<0.05. Conclusion:Gastrointestinal surgery perioperative surgical site infections caused by many factors,only taking effective clinical preventive measures and giving active treatment,can reduce or avoid the chance of surgical site infection,and alleviate the suffering and economic burden of the patients.
