摘要
目的:探讨普外术后患者行肠外营养的临床疗效。方法:2010年1月-2013年12月收治普外术后患者100例,随机均分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组接受常规性的葡萄糖功能治疗,而观察组进行肠外营养治疗,在术后的第10天观察两组患者氮平衡情况。结果:观察组在术后并发症、死亡率以及氮平衡均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:普外术后患者行肠外营养具有非常好的临床治疗效果,在一定程度上可以推广运用。
Objective: To explore the clinical curative effect of parenteral nutrition treating patients after the general surgery. Methods:100 cases of patients after the general surgery from January 2010 to December 2013 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine glucose function treatment and the observation group received parenteral nutrition therapy.The nitrogen balance of two groups 10th after the surgery were observed.Results:The postoperative complications,mortality and nitrogen balance of the observation group were superior to that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Parenteral nutrition treating patients after the general surgery had good clinical treatment effect and promoted certain extent.
