粉尘螨滴剂舌下含服治疗儿童过敏性哮喘患儿的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of sublingual administering dermatophagoides farinae drops in the treatment of children with allergic asthma

目的:观察粉尘螨滴剂舌下含服治疗儿童过敏性哮喘患儿的临床疗效。方法:2010年5月-2014年6月收治过敏性哮喘患儿70例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组35例。对照组接受吸入皮质激素治疗,治疗组在此基础上接受舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗,比较两组患者治疗14周后的症状评分以及自我疗效评分情况。结果:治疗组日间与夜间症状评分均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率94.3%,对照组总有效率71.4%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:粉尘螨滴剂舌下含服治疗儿童过敏性哮喘患儿的临床疗效确切,可显著改善患儿的哮喘症状,无明显不良反应,具有积极的临床使用价值。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of sublingual administering dermatophagoides farinae drops in the treatment of children with allergic asthma.Methods:70 cases of allergic asthma children from May 2010 to June 2014 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group were treated with inhaled corticosteroids and the treatment group were treated with sublingual administering dermatophagoides farinae dropsWe compared the symptoms grade and self efficacy of the two groups after treatment for 14 weeks.Results:The daytime and nighttime symptom scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistical significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.3% and that of the control group was 71.4%,and the difference between groups was statistical significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sublingual administering dermatophagoides farinae drops in the treatment of children with allergic asthma had exact clinical effect and could improve the patient''s asthma symptoms significantly and had no obvious adverse reaction,with positive value of clinical use.
