阿希米联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈支原体感染的疗效观察

The observation of curative effect of Asimi combined with azithromycin on treatment of endocervical mycoplasma infection

目的:探讨阿希米联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈支原体感染的临床疗效。方法:2013年2月-2014年6月收治宫颈支原体感染患者106例,随机分成观察组和对照组,各53例,对照组给予口服阿奇霉素0.25 g/次,2次/d,观察组在对照组的基础上于每天晚上睡前阴道置入阿希米1粒,1次/d,两组均连续治疗1周。结果:观察组症状消失47例,症状消失率88.8%,支原体转阴38例,支原体转阴率71.7%。对照组症状消失27例,症状消失率50.9%,支原体转阴18例,支原体转阴率34.0%。两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组痊愈38例,痊愈率71.7%,显效7例,好转6例,无效2例,总有效率96.2%。对照组痊愈18例,痊愈率34.0%,显效12例,好转12例,无效11例,总有效率72.8%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿希米联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈支原体感染,衣原体转阴率高,临床治愈率高,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Asimi combined with azithromycin on treatment of endocervical mycoplasma infection.Methods:106 patients with endocervical mycoplasma infection were selected from February 2013 to June 2014.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 53 cases in each group randomly.The control group was given oral azithromycin 0.25 g/times,2 times/d.The observation group was given Asimi one capsules,1 times/d inside the vagina every night before bed on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for 1 week.Results:In the observation group,symptoms disappeared in 47 cases,and the symptoms disappeared rate was 88.8%;the mycoplasma become negative in 38 cases,and the negative rate of mycoplasma was 71.7% .In the control group,the symptoms disappeared in 27 cases,and the symptoms disappeared rate was 50.9%;the mycoplasma become negative in 18 cases,and the negative rate of mycoplasma was 34%,which had statistical significance between them(P<0.01).38 cases were cured;the cure rate was 71.7%;markedly effective in 7 cases;6 cases were improved;2 cases ineffective;the total effective rate was 96.2% in the observation group.18 cases were cured;the cure rate was 34%;12 cases were markedly effective;12 cases improved;11 cases ineffective;the total effective rate was 72.8%in the control grope.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Asimi combined with azithromycin on treatment of endocervical mycoplasma infection,the negative rate of Chlamydia and clinical cure rate were high,which is worth the clinical promotion.
