樟柳碱注射液对眼底病患者血流动力学的影响

Influence of anisodine injection on hemodynamics in patients with ocular fundus diseases

目的:探究樟柳碱注射液对眼底病患者血流动力学的影响。方法:2013年7月-2014年7月收治眼底病患者160例,根据致病原因分为4组,均予以樟柳碱注射液治疗,分析治疗前后4组血流动力学指标变化和患者视力情况。结果:治疗后4组血流动力学各指标水平均低于治疗前,4组平均视力均优于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:复方樟柳碱注射液治疗眼底病疗效确切,可有效改善患者血流动力学指标,改善眼底微循环,具有临床应用价值。

Objective:To explore the influence of anisodine injection hemodynamics in patients with ocular fundus diseases. Methods:160 cases of patients with ocular fundus diseases from July 2013 to July 2014 were divided into four groups according to the causes and all were treated with anisodine injection.The hemodynamic indexes and patients'' eyesight of the four groups were analyzed before and after treatment.Results:The hemodynamics index level of four groups after treatment were lower than before the treatment and the patients'' average visual of four groups were better than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound anisodine injection treating ocular fundus disease had good curative effect and improved the patient''s hemodynamic index effectively and the retinal microcirculation,with clinical application value.
