核磁共振应用于膝关节隐匿性骨折诊断的临床意义

Analysis of the clinical significance of application of MRI in the diagnosis of knee occult fracture

目的:探讨在膝关节隐匿性骨折诊断中应用核磁共振(MRI)的临床意义。方法:2012年5月-2014年5月收治膝关节隐匿性骨折患者45例,回顾性分析其临床资料,皆予以常规X线检查与MRI检查,确诊后采取对症治疗,对比分析2种检查的结果,同时总结预后情况。结果:45例患者经常规X线检查显示皆为阴性,而经MRI检查后则显示均为阳性,检出膝关节隐匿性骨折损伤情况多为韧带损伤、关节周围软组织挫伤等,予以针对性措施及时处理后,患者病情得到明显改善,经MRI复查显示膝关节信号异常部位损伤明显减轻,并且异常信号消失。结论:膝关节隐匿性骨折患者采取核磁共振检查,确诊率高,而且可为临床针对性处理把握时机,促进患者早日痊愈出院,有很高的临床价值,值得借鉴。

Objective:To discuss the clinical significance of application of MRI in the diagnosis of knee occult fracture.Methods:45 patients with knee occult fracture were selected from May 2012 to May 2014.We retrospective analyzed clinical data.All patients were given conventional X-ray and MRI,and were given symptomatic treatment after diagnosis.We compared the checking results of the two ways,and summarizd the prognosis.Results:45 patients were treated with conventional X-ray examination showed that there were negative,but after the MRI examination showed were positive,the detection of knee occult fracture were ligament damage,periarticular soft tissue contusion,etc..After specific measures treated,the patient''s condition improved significantly;the MRI examination showed that the damage of the knee signal abnormality were significantly reduced, and the abnormal signal disappeared.Conclusion:Taking MRI in patients with knee occult fracture,the accurate diagnosis rate is high.It can seize the opportunity for clinical treatment,check out the occult injury,and promote patients to be cured.There is a high clinical value.
