高频超声对阑尾炎的临床应用分析

Clinical application analysis of high frequency ultrasound for appendicitis

目的:探讨急性阑尾炎的高频超声图像特征及高频超声诊断急性阑尾炎的临床价值。方法:2013年6月-2013年12月收治急性阑尾炎患者63例,用高频超声进行右下腹及全腹检查。结果:化脓性阑尾炎15例,阑尾周围脓肿6例,单纯性阑尾炎34例,高频超声诊断符合率87.3%。结论:高频超声对诊断急性阑尾炎有较大的实用价值,为临床及时有效的治疗提供了重要的指导作用。

Objective:To explore the clinical application of high frequency ultrasound in diagnosis of acute appendicitis and the high frequency ultrasound image characteristics of acute appendicitis.Methods:63 cases of patients with acute appendicitis from June 2013 to December 2013 were given the examination of the right lower abdomen and full abdomen.Results:15 cases were suppurative appendicitis,6 cases were periappendicural abscess,34 cases were simple appendicitis,and the diagnosis coincidence rate of high-frequency ultrasound was 87.3%.Conclusion:High frequency ultrasound had great practical value to diagnose acute appendicitis and provided important guiding role for timely and effective treatment in clinical.
