腹股沟斜疝无张力修补术后的护理方法分析

Nursing analysis of postoperative patients with oblique inguinal hernia after tension-free repairing

目的:探讨腹股沟斜疝患者无张力修补术后的护理要点。方法:2012年4月-2014年4月收治腹股沟斜疝患者78例,回顾性分析临床资料,总结护理要点。结果:通过加强78例患者的术后护理,缩短了患者手术后恢复期时间,提高了生活质量。结论:对腹股沟斜疝无张力修补术患者术后进行有效护理,不仅可以减少术后并发症、促进切口早日愈合,还能降低复发率、提高患者的治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the nursing points of the postoperative patients with inguinal hernia after tension-free repairing. Methods:The clinical data of 78 patients with oblique inguinal hernia from April 2012 to April 2014 were analyzed retrospectively and the nursing key points were summarized.Results:Through strengthening the postoperative nursing care of 78 patients,the recovery time after surgery shorten and the quality of life improved.Conclusion:Effective nursing for postoperative patients with oblique inguinal hernia after tension-free repairing not only could reduce the postoperative complications and promote healing incision early,but also could reduce the recurrence rate and improve the therapeutic effect of patients.
