护理配合标准指南在无痛胃镜、无痛肠镜检查中应用的效果

The effect of nursing with standard guide application in painless gastroscope and painless colonoscopy examination

目的:探讨护理配合标准指南在无痛胃镜、无痛肠镜检查中应用的效果。方法:2013年6-12月行无痛胃镜、无痛肠镜检查患者,根据自行设计的护理配合标准指南实施护理的1 572例作为观察组,2014年1-6月采用传统护理配合的患者1 209例作为对照组。对两组检查时间、两组患者对护理工作的满意率及实施护理指南前后医生、麻醉师对护士工作满意率进行比较。结果:使用护理指南后,观察组患者无痛胃镜、无痛肠镜检查时间较对照组缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对护理工作满意1 572例,满意率100%;对照组对护理工作满意1 113例,满意率92.06%;两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。采用护理指南前,医生、麻醉师对护理工作的满意率分别为91.67%、91.1%。实施指南后满意率为98.96%、97.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无痛胃镜、无痛肠镜检查护理配合标准指南确保了护理的质量,有助于提高患者满意率和护士的工作效率,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing with standard guide application in painless gastroscope and painless colonoscopy examination.Methods:1572 patients undergoing painless gastroscope and painless colonoscopy were nursing according to self-designed standard guide with nursing selected from June to December 2013 as the observation group.1 209 patients were selected by traditional nursing from January to June 2014 as the control group.The examination time,the rate of the patients'' satisfactory with nursing and doctors and anesthetists satisfactory rate of nurse job before and after the implementation of nursing guide were compared between the two groups.Results:After the use of nursing guide,the examination time of patients in the observation group with painless gastroscope and painless colonoscopy was shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).1 572 patients of the observation group were satisfied with the nursing job,and the satisfaction rate was 100%;1 113 patients of the control group were satisfied with the nursing job,and the satisfaction rate was 92.06%,with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The doctors and anesthetists satisfactory rate of nursing work were 91.67%and 91.1% before using the nursing guide,while the satisfaction rate were 98.96% and 97.8% after the implementation of nursing guide,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing with standard guide application in painless gastroscope and painless colonoscopy examination ensuring the quality of care,help to improve the satisfaction rate of patients and improve nurses'' work efficiency,which is worth clinical promotion.
