呼吸衰竭患儿实施重症监护护理的对策

The nursing countermeasures of intensive care on the implementation with respiratory failure

目的:探讨重症监护护理在呼吸衰竭患儿中的应用效果,为临床护理提供重要的依据,以促进患儿痊愈。方法:收治呼吸衰竭患儿60例,分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用传统护理,观察组则实施重症监护护理。结果:观察组的总有效率达到93.87%,对照组的总有效率65.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对呼吸衰竭患儿实施重症监护护理,能够有效测量患儿的动脉血气情况,同时还可以提供科学合理的辅助治疗,提高临床治疗、护理效果,提升患者护理满意度,降低并发症的发生率,加速患者痊愈,值得推广应用。

Objective:To discuss the application effect intensive care nursing on respiratory failure in children,providing an important basis for clinical nursing,and promoting the children recovered.Methods:60 cases of respiratory failure were selected, and they were divided into two groups ,with 30 cases in each.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatments;patients in the observation group were used intensive care nursing.Results:.The total effect of the observation was 93.87.The total effect of the control group was 65.74% .The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of intensive care nursing for respiratory failure patients can effectively measure arterial blood gases of the children.At the same time,it can also provide the scientific and reasonable auxiliary treatment,improve the effect of clinical treatment,promote the nursing satisfaction of patients, reduce the incidence of complications,and accelerate the patients recovered, so it is worth promoting.
