药物联合饮食控制、运动疗法治疗社区糖尿病的临床价值及可行性研究

The clinical value and feasibility study of drug combination diet control,exercise therapy community diabetes

目的:分析和探讨在社区健康服务中纳入药物联合饮食控制、运动疗法治疗对社区糖尿病患者治疗的临床效果及其意义。方法:2011年1月-2013年1月收治糖尿病患者102例,回顾性分析临床资料,采用随机数字表的方法将所有患者随机分成两组,对照组51例患者在常规治疗方法的基础上给予糖尿病患者一般性知识教育,观察组51例患者在对照组治疗方法的基础上联合药物及饮食控制、运动疗法治疗,定期随访观察两组患者血脂、血糖变化情况。结果:经过10个月的观察,两组糖尿病患者在甘油三酯、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、空腹血糖以及餐后2 h血糖等方面均得到显著改善,与干预护理前相比差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组之间比较观察组患者各项指标改善的程度显著优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区健康服务工作中将药物联合饮食控制、运动疗法纳入到社区糖尿病患者的治疗干预中具有较好的治疗效果,干预后患者的各项指标恢复均较好,该方法能显著改善和提高糖尿病患者的生活质量,因此值得在各社区推广应用。

Objective:To analyze and discuss the clinical value of drug combination diet control,exercise therapy community diabetes.Methods:102 patients with diabetes were selected from January 2011 to January 2013.Retrospective analysis of clinical data,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 51 cases in each.The control group on the basis of conventional treatment methods,were given diabetics general knowledge and education.The observation group on the basis of the control group treatment,were given combination of drugs combined with diet control,exercise therapy.They were followed up regularly to observe lipids,blood glucose changes.Results:After 10 months of observation,two groups of diabetic patients in triglycerides,glycosylated hemoglobin,total cholesterol,fasting and 2 h postprandial glucose and other aspects had significant improvement,with significant differences compared to pre-intervention care,and there was statistically significant(P<0.05);the degree of improvement in the indicators of patients in the observation group were significantly better than the control group of patients,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of drug combination diet control,exercise therapy community diabetes is good.This method can significantly improve and enhance the quality of life of patients with diabetes,and it is worth promoting.
