Analysis of AIDS voluntary counseling detection in Daxin County in 2013

目的:了解大新县2013年艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)情况。方法:对2013年大新县VCT门诊求询者的基本信息及艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体检测情况进行统计分析。结果:2013年大新县VCT门诊求询者共789人,HIV抗体总初筛阳性率3.8%,求询者以青壮年为主,男女检测比例1.32:1。求询者类型主要以有非婚异性性行为史者为主,配偶/固定性伴阳性者的求询者HIV抗体初筛阳性率最高。结论:随着艾滋病自愿咨询检测工作的推进,大新县更多的人愿意接受自愿咨询检测,但还应进一步加强重点人群的干预和检测力度,以及早发现感染者,减少二代传播。

Objective:To understand the AIDS voluntary counseling detection in Daxin County in 2013.Methods:We analyzed the basic information and the AIDS virus(HIV) antibody detection of those who seek consultation at the VCT outpatient services of Daxin County in 2013.Results:The total number of those who seek consultation at the VCT outpatient services of Daxin County in 2013 were 789.HIV antibody positive rate of screening was 3.8%,those who seek consultation were mainly young adults,the male to female ratio was 1.32:1.Those who seek consultation type were mainly the unmarried heterosexual sex projects;the HIV antibody positive rate was the highest of those who seek consultation with positive results for spouses/fixed sexual partners. Conclusion:With the AIDS voluntary counseling and testing work in advance,more and more people willing to accept voluntary counseling and testing,but also we should further strengthen the key crowd intervention and testing efforts,and the early detection of infection,in order to reduce the two generation communication.
