硝酸甘油联合利尿合剂治疗心衰临床疗效研究

Clinical efficacy of nitroglycerin combined with diuretic mixture in the treatment of heart failure

目的:观察硝酸甘油联合利尿合剂治疗心衰的临床疗效。方法:收治心衰患者68例,随机分为两组,每组34例,对照组给予硝酸甘油联合呋塞米治疗,观察组给予硝酸甘油联合利尿合剂治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率94.1%,明显高于对照组73.5%,且观察组治疗后平均LVEF及BNP水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:硝酸甘油联合利尿合剂治疗心衰的临床疗效显著,可明显改善患者临床症状及心衰指标,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of nitroglycerin combined with diuretic mixture in the treatment of heart failure.Methods:68 patients with heart failure were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 34 cases in each.The control group was given nitroglycerin combined with furosemide treatment,and the observation group was treated with nitroglycerin and diuretic mixture treatment.The two groups were observed therapeutic effects and adverse reactions.Results:Patients in the observation group the total efficiency of 94.1% was significantly higher than that in the control group of 73.5%,and the patients in the observation group after treatment,the average level of LVEF and BNP were better than the control group,there was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of nitroglycerin combined with diuretic mixture in the treatment of heart failure is outstanding.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and indicators of patients with heart failure, worthy of clinical application.
