急性肺血栓栓塞症的诊断与治疗

Diagnosis and treatment of acute pulmonary thromboembolism

目的:探讨急性肺血栓栓塞症的诊断与治疗。方法:2010年1月-2014年5月收治急性肺血栓栓塞症患者42例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:本组死亡2例,其余患者经过治疗,胸痛消失,呼吸困难缓解,各项检查指标明显改善。结论:急性肺血栓栓塞症的误诊率和病死率高,临床医师应熟练掌握急性肺血栓栓塞症的临床表现及辅助检查,做到早诊断、早治疗,提高患者的生存率及生存质量。

Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment of acute pulmonary thromboembolism.Methods:42 patients with acute pulmonary thromboembolism were selected from January 2010 to May 2014.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:2 patients died.In the other patients after treatment,the chest pain was disappeared,respiratory difficulty was alleviated,the check index was significantly improved.Conclusion:The misdiagnosis rate and mortality rate of acute pulmonary thromboembolism were high.Clinicians should master the clinical manifestation and auxiliary examination in acute pulmonary thromboembolism,to achieve early diagnosis,early treatment,and it can improve the survival rate and life quality of the patients.
