大S拉钩在新式剖宫产中助娩胎头的应用体会

Application experience of big S retractor in helping deliser fetal head of new style cesarean section

目的:探讨大"S"拉钩助娩胎头在新式剖宫产术中的应用。方法:2010年4月-2014年1月收治剖宫产术患者356例。按随机量表法分为两组,观察组189例使用大"S"拉钩辅助胎头娩出,对照组167例徒手牵拉胎头娩出。结果:观察组胎头娩出时间短于对照组,观察组新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组,观察组术中出血量少于对照组,观察组较对照组疗效显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:剖宫产术中应用大"S"拉钩助娩胎头,能有效避免子宫切口撕裂,明显缩短胎头娩出时间,减少母婴并发症,简单、方便,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the application of big S retractor in helping deliser fetal head of new style cesarean section. Methods:356 patients with cesarean section were selected from April 2010 to January 2014.They were divided into two groups according to the random scale method.189 cases in the observation group used big S retractor to help deliser fetal head,167 cases in the control group were pulled fetal head themselves by hand.Results:The fetal head delivery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group.The neonatal Apgar score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The intraoperatve blood volume of the observation group was less than that of the control group.The curative effect of the observation group was remarkable than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using big S retractor in helping deliser fetal head of cesarean section can effectively avoid the uterine incision laceration, significantly shorten the fetal head delivery time,reduce the complications of mothers and infants.It is simple,convenient and worthy of promotion.
