匹多莫德口服溶液治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染的临床分析

Clinical analysis of pidotimod oral sodution in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection

目的:观察匹多莫德的临床疗效。方法:2012年6月-2014年8月收治易病人群168例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各84例。对照组按常规治疗,治疗组在常规疗法基础上加用匹多莫德口服液治疗,观察两组疗效。结果:治疗组的患者明显减少感染复发率,并可明显改善呼吸道感染急性发作时的各种病症,效果明显高于对照组。结论:临床反复感染患儿较多,匹多莫德是打断反复感染怪圈的有效药物。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of pidotimod.Methods:168 susceptible population were selected from June 2012 to August 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 84 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment,and the treatment group was given pidotimod oral sodution treatment on the basis of routine treatment.We observed the curative effect of the two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the infection recurrence rate was significantly reduced.It can significantly improve the symptoms of respiratory tract infection in acute attack. The effect was obviously higher than that in control group.Conclusion:Repeated clinical infection in children was more.Pidotimod was an effective drug to interrupt the repeated infection cycle.
