糖尿病患者30例运用中医药调理的效果分析

Effect analysis of the application of Chinese medicine conditioning in 30 patients with diabetes

目的:探讨30例糖尿病患者运用中医药调理的临床效果。方法:2012年4月-2014年4月收治糖尿病患者30例,设为观察组,采用中医药调理方法;另选取同期30例糖尿病患者作为对照组,采取西医治疗。分析比较两组患者血糖控制效果以及满意度情况。结果:观察组血糖控制效果明显优于对照组,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度(93.3%)显著高于对照组(63.3%),差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过研究可知,运用中医药调理糖尿病患者效果显著,可有效控制血糖水平,提高满意度,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the application of Chinese medicine conditioning in 30 patients with diabetes.Methods:30 patients with diabetes were selected from April 2012 to April 2014.They were as the observation group and given Chinese medicine conditioning method.30 patients with diabetes were selected at the same time as the control group,and they were given western medicine treatment.The blood sugar control effect and satisfaction of patients in two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The blood sugar control effect of patients in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The study shows that the application of Chinese medicine conditioning in diabetic patients has significant effect.It can effectively control the blood sugar level,and improve satisfaction.It is worth in clinical application.
