温阳和营凉血活血法治疗慢性斑块银屑病的价值分析

Analysis on the value of treatment of chronic plaque psoriasis by Warming Yang and cooling blood activating blood circulation method

目的:探讨分析温阳和营凉血活血法治疗慢性斑块银屑病的价值。方法:2013年1-12月收治慢性斑块银屑病患者60例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。观察组给予外用药膏加温阳和营凉血活血汤治疗,对照组给予外用药膏加凉血活血汤治疗,观察比较两组的PASI评分、临床疗效。结果:治疗后在PASI评分、临床疗效(总有效率)方面比较,观察组明显优于对照组,P<0.05有统计学意义。结论:温阳和营凉血活血法治疗慢性斑块银屑病的疗效显著,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the value analysis on the treatment of chronic plaque psoriasis by Warming Yang and cooling blood activating blood circulation method.Methods:60 cases of patients with chronic plaque psoriasis were selected from January to December 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group.The patients of the observation group were treated with topical creams warming yang and cooling blood activating blood circulation,and the control group were treated with topical creams and cooling blood activating blood circulation.The clinical efficacy and PASI score were compared between the two groups.Results: Comparison in the PASI score and clinical efficacy(total effective rate)after treatment,the observation group was obviously better than the control group,P<0.05 there was statistical significance.Conclusion:The curative effect of the treatment of chronic plaque psoriasis by Warming Yang and cooling blood activating blood circulation method is remarkable.It is worthy of popularization and application.
