激光穴位疗法配合丹栀逍遥散治疗胃痛96例临床观察

Clinical observation of 96 cases with stomach pain treated by laser acupuncture therapy combined with Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder

目的:探讨激光穴位疗法配合丹栀逍遥散治疗胃痛患者的临床疗效。方法:收治胃痛患者96例,将其平均分为观察组和对照组。观察组给予激光穴位疗法配合丹栀逍遥散进行治疗,对照组给予多潘立酮片治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组的临床治疗总有效率93.7%,明显高于对照组的70.8%(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率8.4%,明显低于对照组的20.9%(P<0.05)。结论:采用激光穴位疗法配合丹栀逍遥散治疗胃痛患者,可有效改善患者的临床症状,提高患者生活质量,安全性高,具有良好的临床应用价值。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of patients with stomach pain treated by laser acupuncture therapy combined with Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder.Methods:96 cases of stomach patients were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group on average.The patients of the observation group were treated with laser acupuncture therapy combined with Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder,while the patients in the control group were treated with domperidone.The clinical effect of treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 93.7%,significantly higher than 70.8% of the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate was 8.4%,significantly lower than 20.9% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using laser acupuncture therapy combined with Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder in treating stomachache patients can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,and improve the patients quality of life,with high safety,which has good clinical application value.
