贞芪扶正胶囊配合化疗治疗中晚期肿瘤疗效观察

Curative effect observation of zhenqifuzheng capsules combined chemotherapy treating advanced tumor

目的:探讨贞芪扶正胶囊配合化疗治疗中晚期肿瘤的临床疗效及安全性。方法:2011年2月-2013年2月收治中晚期肿瘤患者80例,按治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组与观察组各40例。对照组采用单一化疗治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上增加采用贞芪扶正胶囊进行治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效及治疗第1、2、3~4周外周血白细胞数、血小板计数以及血红蛋白含量的变化。结果:观察组总缓解率47.5%,高于对照组42.5%,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组在治疗第1、2、3~4周外周血白细胞计数明显高于对照组,组间相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),血小板计数以及血红蛋白高于对照组,但差异不具统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:贞芪扶正胶囊联合化疗治疗对于中晚期肿瘤患者化疗的总缓解率无明显影响,但对于化疗引起的骨髓抑制以及白细胞下降具有一定疗效。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect and safety of zhenqifuzheng capsules combined chemotherapy treating advanced tumor.Methods:80 cases of patients with advanced tumor from February 2011 to February 2013 were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different treatment,with 40 cases in each group.The control group were treated with single chemotherapy treatment,while the patients of observation group were treated with zhenqifuzheng capsules based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical curative effect of the two groups and the changes of peripheral blood leukocyte count,platelet count and hemoglobin content after the treatment for 1,2,3~4 weeks were observed.Results:The total remission rate of the observation group was 47.5%,which was higher than that of the control group 42.5%,and there was no statistical significant difference(P>0.05).The peripheral blood leukocyte count of the observation group in the treatment of 1,2,3~4 weeks were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistical significant(P<0.05);the platelet count and hemoglobin were higher than that of the control group,but there was no statistical significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zhenqifuzheng capsules combined chemotherapy treating advanced tumor did not affect the total remission rate of chemotherapy,but had certain curative effect on the myelosuppression and leucocyte reduction caused by chemotherapy.
