产前超声对双胎输血综合征的诊断价值

The diagnostic value of prenatal ultrasound in twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome

目的:探讨双胎输血综合征的超声诊断声像图特点,评价产前超声检查对双胎输血综合征(TTTS)的价值。方法:收治超声拟诊为TTTS的16对双胞胎,总结对比其超声声像图特征,随访手术病理结果,对比其生后情况。结果:本次研究中根据TTTS的超声特征,对TTTS的超声诊断准确率88.9%。结论:超声产前诊断TTTS具有较高的临床价值,可作出早期诊断,并指导临床进行有效的宫内治疗、适时终止妊娠,对降低围产儿死亡率有重要意义。

Objective:To explore the sonographic features of ultrasound diagnosis of twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome,to evaluate the value of prenatal ultrasound in twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome(TTTS).Methods:16 twins with TTTS diagnosed by ultrasound were selected,we summarized and contrasted ultrasonographic characteristics,made follow-up of surgical pathologic results,and compared the postnatal situation.Results:In this study,according to the ultrasonic characteristics of TTTS,ultrasonic diagnosis accuracy rate for TTTS was 88.9%.Conclusion:Prenatal diagnosis by ultrasound had a high clinical value to TTTS.It can make early diagnosis,and guide the clinical intrauterine treatment of effective and timely termination of pregnancy,and it had important significance to reduce perinatal mortality.
