妊娠期贫血380例的血红蛋白测定及相关因素分析

Hemoglobin determination and factor analysis of 380 cases with gestational anemia

目的:探讨妊娠期贫血的相关因素。方法:2011年1月-2014年8月收治妊娠期贫血孕妇380例作为观察组,同时收集同期检查的血红蛋白(Hb)>100 g/L的孕妇380例作为对照组。两组均采集静脉血液,用全自动五分类细胞计数仪进行测定血红蛋白(Hb)。结果:两组孕妇在月经初潮时间、年龄、家庭经济收入、流产次数方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),早孕呕吐情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:月经初潮时间、年龄、家庭经济收入、流产次数、文化层次、职业类型是导致妊娠期贫血的主要因素。

Objective:To explore the related factors of anemia during pregnancy.Methods:380 cases of pregnant women with anemia during pregnancy from January 2011 to August 2011 as the observation group and 380 cases of pregnant women with hemoglobin(Hb)>100 g/L at the same period as the control group.The venous blood of the two groups were collected and detected hemoglobin(Hb) through automatic classification meter of five cell count.Results:There were statistical significant differences of menstruation time,age,family income,abortion times between the pregnant women of two groups(P<0.05),There was no statistical significant difference of pregnancy vomiting situation(P>0.05).Conclusion:Menarche time,age,family income, abortion times,culture level,occupation type were the main factors causing anemia during pregnancy.
