摘要
复合型先天性心脏病指患者并存两种或两种类型以上需要治疗的心血管病变或畸形。不少复合型先天性心脏病患者,因其心血管的复杂畸形或肺充血严重而处于高度危重状态,多数需在婴幼儿期及时手术且术后护理具有特殊性,为提高术后监护质量和减少并发症,对2013年1-10月收治24例婴幼儿复合型先天性心脏病术后的护理进行总结。
Patients with complex congenital heart disease refers to the coexistence of two or more types of cardiovascular or deformity disease in need of treatment.Many patients with complex congenital heart disease are in a highly critical state because of their complexity of cardiovascular malformations or severe pulmonary congestion.The majority needed operation timely in the infant period and postoperative nursing is special.In order to improve the quality of nursing and reduce postoperative complications,24 cases of infants with complex congenital heart disease of postoperative nursing were selected from January to October 2013 and were summarized.
