摘要
目的:调查分析老年COPD患者的抑郁状况,探讨合理有效的护理对策。方法:选择近2年来60岁以上住院老年COPD患者240例,应用Williamwk Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)及自制问卷进行调查评估。结果:52例患者抑郁,其发生率21.67%。结论:采取心身护理措施可促进患者康复。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the depression status in the elderly COPD patients,to explore the reasonable and effective nursing countermeasures.Methods:240 patients over 60 years old with COPD were selected in the past 2 years,they were evaluated by Williamwk Zung self rating depression scale(SDS) and self made questionnaire.Results:52 patients were depressed,the occurence rate was 21.67%.Conclusion:Psychosomatic nursing measures can promote the rehabilitation of patients.
