摘要
目的:探究母婴同室产妇产后护理应用反馈式健康宣教的效果。方法:2012年6月-2014年6月收治分娩产妇98例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组49例,观察组采用反馈式健康宣教,对照组采用常规护理加健康教育。结果:观察组产妇的自理能力显著提高,观察组产妇母乳喂养相关知识、对新生儿的护理情况及出院指导的掌握情况显著好于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:反馈式健康宣教能够提高产妇的积极性与主动性,有效提高了产妇的自理能力,值得在临床中推广与应用。
Objective:To discuss the effect of rooming in postpartum nursing application feedback health education.Methods:98 patients with the parturient women were selected from June 2012 to June 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 49 cases in each.The observation group were given the feedback health education,and the control group received routine nursing care and health education.Results:The observation group maternal self-care ability improved significantly,the observation group of maternal breastfeeding knowledge,nursing of newborn and discharge guidance to grasp the situation significantly better than the control group,there was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The feedback health education can improve the enthusiasm and initiative of parturient,and effectively improve maternal self-care ability.It is worth in clinical promotion and application.
