临床护理路径在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用

Application of clinical nursing path on patients with lumbar disc herniation

目的:探讨临床护理路径在腰椎间盘突出患者中应用的效果。方法:2013年4月-2014年7月收治腰椎间盘突出患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组采用临床护理路径指导的护理模式,对照组采用传统医疗护理方法。比较两组患者的住院天数、住院费用及患者的满意度和健康教育知识掌握情况。结果:观察组的住院天数、住院费用与对照组相比有明显减少(P<0.01)。观察组患者的满意度和健康教育知识掌握情况优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:临床护理路径模式可提高腰椎间盘突出患者的满意度和对健康教育掌握情况,同时可以缩短住院时间,减少住院费用,优于传统的护理模式。

Objective:To explore the application effect of clinical nursing path on patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:80cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation from April 2013 to July 2014 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group adopts the nursing model guided by clinical nursing path,the control group adopted the traditional medical care.The hospitalization days,hospitalization expenses and patient satisfaction and health education knowledge of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The hospitalization days,hospitalization costs of the observation group had decreased significantly compared with that of the control group(P<0.01).The patients satisfaction and health education knowledge of the observation group were better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The clinical nursing path could improve the satisfaction degree of the patients with lumbar disc herniation and mastering the health education and shorten the length of hospital stay and reduce the hospitalization expenses at the same time,which was superior to the traditional nursing mode.
