摘要
目的:探讨护理干预对产妇会阴切口的影响。方法:将行自然分娩且会阴侧切的产妇340例随机分为对照组与护理干预组。护理干预组产妇采取综合护理措施,对照组产妇进行基本的常规护理。结果:护理干预组产妇会阴切口肿胀、疼痛发生情况明显低于对照组。护理干预组甲级愈合率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取综合护理干预能够减轻切口肿胀、疼痛,促进会阴切口的愈合。
Objective:To explore the influence of nursing intervention on maternal episiotomy.Methods:340 cases of maternal with natural birth and episiotomy were randomly divided into the control group and the nursing intervention group.The maternal of nursing intervention group had comprehensive nursing measures,the maternal of control group had basic routine nursing.Results:The episiotomy swelling,pain of the maternal in nursing intervention group were significantly lower than that of the control group.The class a healing rate of the nursing intervention group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention could reduce incision swelling,pain and promote the healing of the perineum incision.
