褥疮是长期卧床患者的常见并发症。它的防治及护理技术十分复杂,对发生褥疮的观点及预防的重点存在一定差异,本文通过对褥疮护理方面的认识、预防及护理方法等方面进行了总结。只有以患者为中心,一切从患者的实际出发,客观地承认褥疮危险因素,而且充分认识其危害,并努力研究,才能取得突破性进展。

Bedsore is a common complication of long-term bedridden patients.Its prevention and nursing of technology are very complex,and there are some differences between the views of bedsore and the emphasis on prevention of bedsore.This article summarizes aspects of bedsore care through awareness,prevention and nursing methods.Only by taking patient as the center,making everything from the patient’s reality,objectively admit bedsore risk factors,fully aware of the harm,and research efforts in order to achieve a breakthrough.
