趋化因子CXCL12/SDF-1及其受体CXCR4与系统性红斑狼疮的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 趋化因子是一类可以使包括T、B细胞在内的多种白细胞亚群发生趋化运动的小分子细胞因子,参与多种自身免疫性疾病的发病。CXCL12是趋化因子CXC家族的成员,其与受体CXCR4结合后的生物学功能包括介导免疫炎性反应、调控造血干细胞迁移、归巢及血管发生、恶性肿瘤的浸润转移等。本文重点对CXCL12及CXCR4在自身免疫性疾病系统性红斑狼疮中的研究进展进行综述。 Chemokine as a kind of small cellular factors which can make many kinds of subgroup white blood cells including T and B cells to have chemotactic movement involved in the pathogenesis of various autoimmune diseases.CXCL12 was a member of the CXC chemokines factors family and had biological functions after combination with its receptor CXCR4 including mediated immune inflammatory response,regulating the migration of hematopoietic stem cell homing and angiogenesis,metastasis of malignant tumor,etc.This paper mainly summarized the research progress of CXCL12 and CXCR4 in autoimmune disease such as systemic lupus erythematosus(sle).
