社区药学指导在提高糖尿病患者用药依从性中的作用及意义

Effect and significance of community pharmacy guidance in improving medication compliance of patients with diabetes

目的:观察分析社区药学指导在提高糖尿病患者用药依从性中的作用和意义。方法:2012年8月-2014年8月收治糖尿病患者68例,对病历资料进行回顾性分析,并将其分为试验组和对照组,每组34例,对照组采取常规药物方法治疗;试验组在社区药学指导的基础上给予药物治疗,观察分析两组患者的临床用药依从性。结果:试验组临床用药依从性高于对照组,药学指导可以提高临床中糖尿病患者用药依从性,且试验组临床治疗糖尿病有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在糖尿病患者的治疗中,对患者进行社区药学指导,可以提升患者用药依从性,使糖尿病患者可以按时、按量正确服药,不仅能让患者取得满意的治疗疗效,还能改善患者治病效果,发挥积极的治疗作用。

Objective:To observe and analyze the effect and treatment significance of community pharmacy guidance in improving medication compliance of patients with diabetes.Methods:68 patients with diabetes were selected from August 2012 to August2014.The case data were analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 34 cases in each.The control group was given the routine drug method treatment,the experimental group was given drug treatment on the basis of the community pharmacy guidance.The clinical medication compliances of patients in two groups were observed and analyzed.Results:The clinical medication compliance of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.The pharmacy guidance can improve the clinical pharmacy medication compliance of patients with diabetes,and the effective rate of clinical treatment of diabetes in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of diabetic patients,community pharmacy guidance for patients can improve the medication compliance of patients,make diabetic patients with on-time correct medication.It not only can make the patients achieve satisfactory curative effect,but also effectively improve the cure effect of patients,plays a positive treatment effect.
