复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗过敏性紫癜临床疗效观察

Clinical curative effect observation of compound glycyrrhizin injection in the treatment of henoch-schonlien purpura

目的:观察复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗过敏性紫癜的疗效。方法:80例患者随机分为治疗组45例和对照组35例,治疗组在对照组基础上静滴复方甘草酸苷治疗,对照组常规治疗,治疗2周。结果:治疗组临床症状、体征消退时间明显短于对照组;两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方甘草酸苷治疗过敏性紫癜有明显疗效。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of compound glycyrrhizin injection in the treatment of henoch-schonlien purpura.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group in 45 cases and the control group in 35 cases.The treatment group was given the intravenous infusion of compound glycyrrhizin treatment on the basis of the control group.The control group was given conventional treatment.The treatment was 2 weeks.Results:The clinical symptoms,signs subsided times of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group.The total effective rates of two groups were compared with significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound glycyrrhizin injection in the treatment of henoch-schonlien purpura has obvious curative effect.
