开喉剑喷雾剂治疗疱疹性咽峡炎疗效观察

Observation of the curative effect of Kai Hou Jian Spray in the treatment of herpangina

目的:观察开喉剑喷雾剂治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法:将64例10个月~3岁的疱疹性咽峡炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各32例。对照组给予常规利巴韦林及对症治疗,治疗组在利巴韦林治疗基础上给予开喉剑喷雾剂喷雾口腔,疗程3~5 d,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率81.3%,对照组总有效率50%,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:开喉剑喷雾剂治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of Kai Hou Jian Spray in the treatment of children with herpangina.Methods:64 cases of children with herpangina from 10 months to 3 years old were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given ribavirin and symptomatic treatment.The treatment group was given ribavirin on the basis of ribavirin therapy,course of treatment was 3 to 5 days.We compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the total efficiency was 81.3%.In the control group,the efficiency was50%.The treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Kai Hou Jian Spray in the treatment of children with herpangina was exact,and it was worthy of promotion.
