血塞通注射液治疗类风湿关节炎疗效观察

Curative effect observation of Xue Sai Tong injection in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis

目的:观察血塞通注射液对类风湿关节炎疗效。方法:将42例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为两组,两组在同时应用非甾类镇痛药+免疫抑制剂的情况下,治疗组(24例)采用血塞通注射液0.4 g入0.9%氯化钠溶液250 m L静脉滴注,1次/d,1个疗程15 d,间隔3 d后给予第2疗程;对照组(18例)采用维生素C 2.0 g入0.9%氯化钠溶液静脉滴注,疗程同上。结果:治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血塞通注射液对消除类风湿关节炎症状有确切疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Xue Sai Tong injection in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:42patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into two groups.Two groups were given the application of non steroidal analgesics and immunosuppressant at the same time,the treatment group(24 cases) were given Xue Sai Tong injection 0.4 g into normal saline 250 m L intravenous drip,1 time one day,a course was 15 days,interval of 3 days later to give the second course.The control group(18 cases) were given vitamin C 2 g into the normal saline intravenous drip,the course as above.Results:The curative effect of clinical symptoms elimination in the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xue Sai Tong injection has exact curative effect to eliminate the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis.It is worthy of clinical promotion and applyment.
