快速康复护理对胃肠道手术患者胃肠功能恢复的效果观察

Effect observation of rapid rehabilitation nursing in gastrointestinal function recovery of patients with gastrointestinal operation

目的:探讨快速康复外科护理措施在胃肠道手术患者胃肠功能恢复中的应用效果。方法:2012年3月-2014年9月收治胃肠道手术患者120例,按入院顺序随机分为干预组和对照组,各60例。干预组给予快速康复护理,对照组给予传统常规专科护理,比较两组患者胃肠功能恢复情况。结果:干预组术后肛门排气时间、术后首次排便时间以及进食时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),并且干预组术后恶心呕吐率(8.3%)、腹泻率(5%)、便秘率(6.7%)也均低于对照组(分别是28.3%、20%、25%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复护理措施应用于胃肠道手术有利于患者胃肠功能的恢复。

Objective:To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing measures in the gastrointestinal function recovery of patients with gastrointestinal operation.Methods:120 patients with gastrointestinal operation were selected from March 2012 to September 2014.They were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group with 60 cases in each according to the admission order.The intervention group was given the rapid rehabilitation nursing measure,the control group was given traditional routine specific nursing.The gastrointestinal function recovery conditions of patients in two groups were compared.Results:The postoperative anal exhaust time,postoperative defecation time and eating time for the first time of the intervention group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative nausea and vomiting rate(8.3%),diarrhea rate(5%),constipation rate(6.7%) of the intervention group were lower than those(28.3%,20%,25%)of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing measure in the gastrointestinal operation is beneficial to the gastrointestinal function recovery of patients.
