Nursing experience of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage

目的:探讨上消化道出血患者的护理措施、护理方法,总结经验,从而更好地掌握该疾病治疗和护理方面的知识。方法:回顾上消化道出血患者的护理过程,提供更好的治疗和护理。结果:50例上消化道出血患者除2例死亡,其余48例通过及时治疗和有效护理均治愈出院。结论:上消化道出血患者发病突然、病情危重、变化快,严重者有生命危险。故通过及时抢救和有效的临床护理措施,才能保障患者康复,减少死亡,减少并发症的发生。

Objective:To explore the nursing measures and nursing methods of patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,to summarize experience for better mastering the disease treatment and nursing knowledge.Methods:The nursing processes of patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were reviewed for providing better treatment and nursing.Results:2 cases were death in 50 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,other 48 cases were cured through timely treatment and effective nursing.Conclusion:The patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage are sudden onset,the illness is serious,the change is quick,the serious person has life risk.Therefore through the timely rescue and effective clinical nursing measures can guarantee the recovery of the patients,reduce death and the occurrence of complications
