摘要
目的:探讨以患者为中心的整体护理对重度子痫前期患者的作用。方法:总结16例子痫前期重度病例的整体护理情况。结果:经积极配合医生抢救,采取以患者为中心的整体护理,通过生活护理、心理护理、用药护理、病情及产程观察护理、术后护理,病情好转。结论:护理可有效改善母婴预后,保障母婴健康。
This paper summarizes the overall nursing care of 16 cases of severe preeclampsia patients.The nursing points are actively cooperation with the doctors rescue,taking the holistic nursing care,taking the patient as the center to give care,through life nursing,psychological nursing,medication nursing,disease and observation nursing of birth process,postoperative nursing,the condition is better,it can effectively improve the prognosis of the patients.
