斜角肌松解对脑卒中后肩手综合征治疗的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of scalene muscle release in the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke

目的:观察斜角肌松解手法治疗肩手综合征的疗效。方法:将34例脑卒中肩手综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用常规康复治疗,治疗组采用常规康复治疗加上颈椎操、斜角肌松解手法治疗,治疗前及治疗2周后,对疼痛采用加拿大Mc Gill问卷表进行评定,水肿采用排水法进行评价。结果:所有患者治疗后,各项评分均较治疗前改善,治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:斜角肌松解手法对治疗肩手综合征有显著疗效。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of scalene muscle release in the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome. Methods:34 patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group used the conventional rehabilitation project,and the treatment group used routine rehabilitation treatment plus cervical exercise,scalene muscle release manipulation treatment.Before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment,the pain was evaluated by the Canadian McGill questionnaire,the edema was evaluated by the drainage method.Results:All patients after treatment,the scores were improved than those of before treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The scalene muscle release in the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome has significant curative effect.
