摘要
提高老年人群对营养膳食的认知和应用水平,从而减少老年人群疾病的发生,是目前各国应对老龄化社会到来的重要策略,但我国老年人群对营养膳食的认知和应用情况并不理想。本文拟从分析多个国家提升老年人群营养膳食的有效策略入手,结合我国当前老年人健康保健服务相关政策现状,寻找到更为适合提升我国老年人群营养膳食保障的措施。
To improve the cognition and application of dietary nutrition of the elderly population,thereby reducing the incidence of disease in the elderly population,it is an important strategy to deal with the current national arrival of aging society,but our elderly population of nutritional and dietary awareness is not ideal.This thesis starts with the analysis of effective strategies in many countries to enhance the elderly nutrition diet,combining our current elderly health care policy status quo,to find a more suitable measures to enhance the protection of the elderly population’s nutritional diet.
