基层医院护士职业危害与自身防护措施

Occupational hazard and self protective measures of nurses in primary hospital

目的:总结基层医院护士职业的危险因素,做好护士身心自我防护措施,促进工作质量持续稳定发展。方法:统计分析2014年1-12月护士出现的一些生理、心理危害,学习改进效果以及防护措施。结果:23名护士受到损害的种类包括物理性、化学性、医源性、暴力、心理性损害,通过改进后护士心理压力降低,工作积极性提高,职业感染率降低。结论:护士的职业有着一些特殊性,一些不利因素严重影响护士的身心健康,在领导、社会各阶层关心努力下,为护士创造有利的工作环境,组织参加学习职业危害防护学习班,有效地提高护士的自身防护意识,减少职业危害。

Objective:To summarize the occupational risk factors of nurses in primary hospital,to do the physical and mental self protective measures of nurses,to promote the sustainable and stable development of the work quality.Methods:Some physical and psychological hazard,learning improvement effect and protective measures of nurses from January to December 2014 were statistically analyzed.Results:23 nurses suffered damage types including physical,chemical,iatrogenic,violence,mental damage,the psychological pressure of nurses was reduced through the improvement,the working enthusiasm was improved,the occupational infection rate was reduced.Conclusion:The nurse’s occupation has some particularity,some adverse factors seriously affect the physical and mental health of nurses.Under the concerns and efforts of leadership, social groups,we create a favorable working environment for nurses to participate in organizational learning occupation hazard protection class,the self protective consciousness of nurses are effectively improved,the occupation hazard is reduced.
